My dear Robert was my very best friend and I miss him enormously. However, I am endeavouring to adopt the brave spirit which he so courageously displayed throughout his illness. I respect so much about his wisdom and total selfless approach to life and I am so greatful that I was able to share my life with him for 35 years. He was a wonderful Father to Philippa and Sally and they too have many great memories to hold onto. I will love Robert forever.
