Dad's life was cruelly cut short by such a terrible disease. I will remember him as a fantastic father - incredibly patient and kind, he always put his family first and nothing was ever too much trouble. I'll miss his words of wisdom and will take two preferred pieces of advice with me forever - keep it simple stupid and sit on your hands!
